These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") are a binding agreement between you and GO50. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use GO50.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. GO50 is for lawful, personal use only.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to this Agreement and the app store's terms.
You are responsible for the information, photos, and videos you provide and represent that you have the right to share them. You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing content; not to misrepresent your identity or situation; not to harass other users; and not to use GO50 for any illegal purpose. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
GO50 provides an introduction and matching platform. We do not verify users, conduct background checks, or guarantee any match, arrangement, or living situation. You are solely responsible for your interactions and for any agreements you enter with other users. Use good judgment and caution when meeting or sharing information with anyone.
GO50 Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your app store account at the price shown at purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your app store account settings. Prices may change with notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any match will be suitable or safe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GO50 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your interactions with other users or any living arrangement. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using GO50 and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
If you obtained the app through Apple's App Store or Google Play, that store's standard terms also apply, and the store is not responsible for the app or its content.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
